Where do I get a STATE Fishing license?
Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries - Fishing
A basic Louisana fishing license is required for all individuals 16 years of age or more. In addition to the basic fishing license if you are targeting saltwater fish south of the state's designated saltwater line you will need to purchase a saltwater fishing license.
